We’re looking for a highly skilled Account Manager with strong digital marketing experience including Meta Ads – graphics design skills would be a bonus.
You’ll be a people person, who also loves data and reports. You need to understand the worlds of Google Ads, Meta ads and SEO, so that you can be a liaison between our specialist teams and our clients.
You’ll be confident explaining digital marketing to business owners and marketing managers, including clear explanations about campaign performance. You’ll become a trusted advisor to our clients and will regularly make recommendations for their digital marketing that will help them grow further and achieve their business goals.

Here’s a glimpse of the role
This role is heavily focused on engaging with clients. You’ll review campaign results, understand their business and goals, provide valuable recommendations about their digital marketing, and coordinate between our specialists and the client, to deliver excellent results and help them achieve their business goals.
This role pairs account management with hands-on Meta ads management, including planning and creating ads, and setting up and running Meta ad campaigns. If you are comfortable creating graphics and basic video editing, that is a bonus, not absolutely necessary.
You’ll need to be comfortable discussing Google Analytics, Google Ads and SEO with clients. (Our training can help fill in any gaps you have in this space).
The role also includes reviewing landing pages and making conversion rate optimisation recommendations for landing pages and websites. Overall, you should know how to get great results for clients with effective digital marketing.
The role can either be full-time or 30 hours per week. The role is based in our office in Te Rapa, Hamilton, and can include one day per week working from home.
Responsibilities include:
- Build strong relationships with the clients you are assigned to. You will have excellent communication by email, phone and in-person with clients. You need outstanding people skills including the ability to deal positively with any challenging clients.
- Provide good analysis, advice and recommendations to clients in the areas of Google Ads, Meta ads and SEO.
- Creating and managing Meta ads campaigns, including writing ads, and either designing images and videos, or coordinating these to happen.
- Clear communication and coordination of any work promised to clients.
- Report directly to the Ads Team Leader and work with our other digital marketing specialists to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

- At least 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Strong people skills, with the ability to confidently explain digital marketing jargon and metrics in easy-to-understand ways.
- Excellent client management skills – you’ll have a proven history of working directly with clients, giving advice and recommendations, and having clients love your customer service.
- Strong ability to setup and run Meta ads campaigns. (Graphics design and/or basic video editing skills would be a bonus, but not absolutely necessary).
- Exceptional attention to detail. You must be someone who gets the details right. The role demands excellent written communication, perfect grammar and strong interpersonal skills.
- A drive for continual improvement. You’ll love learning, be passionate about doing things well and be continually looking to improve yourself and your results.
This role comes with a full-time equivalent salary of $75,000 – $80,000, (matched to your experience) plus a mobile phone plan.
