How to bulk import contacts into review system
To import contacts in bulk, complete the following steps:
- Log into Entium
- Navigate to the ‘contacts’ tab
- Click the ‘import’ button
- Upload your .CSV file
- Match required fields (name and email)
- Name your import
- Under ‘advanced’, add the tag ‘review requested’
- Hit ‘submit’
That’s all there is to it! from there, your contacts will be sent an email asking for a review – any unhappy customers will be taken to a form to fill out for internal feedback, while your happy customers get taken to your google business to leave a great review!
